MNE 2021 - Turin (Italy) Silicon Nanowires

As introduced in the last post, we are presenting our last results in the international conference Micro Nano Engineering (MNE). This year the conference is hosted in Turin (Italy) and its the first hybrid (in-situ and also on-line) conference Im participating. The last day of the conference I presented the following work. Here, we presented a new approach for advanced electronic devices and mechanical resonators based in silicon nanowires with embedded quantum dots. Here there is the abstract:
